שנה ד'- קריית גת/ אקולוגיה אורבנית

The studio project is a business center in a small peripheral town in Israel,
in my project i wanted to find an architectural language to combine the two communities in one complex-
the local people and the businessmen, and to break the boundary of the building and its wall-to be reconstructed..as well as creating a new boundary for the plazas.
The aim is to design a new space for the free time of the local people to enjoy and stay in the project.
the complex is open to the surroundings and allow the existing movement axis to go through the project.

The inspiration to the tectonics of the project came from the stoa in Greece- the building supports his surrounding and the plaza and vise versa.

מטרת הפרוייקט היא להראות את הקשר שבין מרכז עסקים שנועד עבור אוכלוסייה ארעית, שבאה להשקיע בפיתוח של העיר, ובין האוכלוסיה המקומית קבועה החיה והמתגוררת במקום זה.
הרעיון הוא לפתח דופן עבה למבנה העסקים שתכיל התרחשות, ותיצור תחושה של מקום, צל, נוחות, בשעות הפנאי עבור האדם הבודד.

רעיון הדופן העבה המזינה את הכיכר ומשמשת את האוכלוסיה המקומית מחוץ למבנה מסתמך על עיקרון הסטואה היוונית- שיצרה מקומות שהייה חיצוניים וקולונדה סביב הכיכר.

מבני מרכז העסקים והמלון תוחמים ויוצרים את שתי הכיכרות, ותפקיד המבנים הוא לייצר דופן חדשה, אינטרקטיבית לכיכר, שגם מזינה אותה ויוצרת חיים חדשים במרכז עיר דועך.
